The central covered parking in Prato inside the Serraglio station has been equipped with an innovative custom charging system dedicated to customers of the homonymous parking lot.
The Wall Box, created by In-Presa through the preparation of a common panel but fully compliant with the specific standards EN 61851-1 (2011) and Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System, as it is fitted with a MAX OEM board and a dedicated Local Proxy as a suitable product and therefore can be installed in serial mode, allowing recharging only to authorized users.
The system, created as part of an original and useful project linked to the newspaper La Nazione, is available for free recharging for each user of the car park.
This is a first positive experiment demonstrating the importance that In-Presa places in the field of Parking as a privileged development environment for electric mobility.
The project was joined by the Municipality of Prato, the Prato Parking Company, the Citroen Rossomandi Dealership and the National Daily Newspaper, this is the first installation of charging systems for electric vehicles in the municipal area.
