Seminar on network planning aspects of charging systems
Seminar on network planning aspects of charging systems
In-Presa attended the event organized in collaboration with RSE and other actors active in the preparation of the e-mob event, National Electric Mobility Conference, held on September 19, Milan Chamber of Commerce.
The discussion was particularly focused on the case studies and perspectives of the Lombard territory and in particular the metropolitan area. The experience of the administrations involved and the actors present is certainly interesting, such as the speech by Stefano Riazzola, Director of the Mobility Planning and Programming Area of the Municipality of Milan. The manager exposed the guidelines of the municipality for the network planning of charging systems. On the other hand, this is certainly the most complete and active case study in Italy from which further administrations will not be able to distinguish themselves. Speech enriched by the description of some characteristics of this important case study such as the presentation of the Chamber of Commerce price list for charging infrastructures.
Following the broader presentation of the state of the art of the EVcharge market by RSE, an important intervention was then carried out by Luca Pignanelli on behalf of the Customs Agency – competent body in the matter – relating to the increasingly urgent case of The tax treatment of electric vehicle recharging, both on the user side and on the operator side. An interesting opportunity to clarify the tax treatment of electric vehicle recharging in the light of current tax legislation and Legislative Decree no. 257/2016 which governs the implementation of Directive 2014/94 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014.
